I’m a yoga and sound healing instructor and former high-achiever who once lived life on edge. For years, I pushed through burnout until my body forced me to stop.
Four years ago, burnout hit me hard. I was exhausted, both mentally and physically, and had to pause everything I loved, especially movement, my main outlet. That experience made me realize I was living out of sync with my true self, chasing “shoulds” and ignoring my nervous system.
I’m here because I know I’m not alone, and neither are you.
My mission? To support women who are done with exhausting rhythms and ready to slow down, reconnect with their inner voice, and create a life that truly feels like theirs.
I guide you to balance your nervous system and build a sustainable, soul-aligned business that supports your wellbeing, values, and freedom.
